Transfers Between Districts: While student accounts cannot be transferred between districts, students can request a Student Detail Report with their historical data to take to their new school/district. Educators at the new district have the ability to assign objectives as assignments to manage which objectives the student plays.
Transfers Within Districts (Non-Rostered and CSR): Educators can add students to their existing class by importing the student's account. For CSR, students must be uploaded in the student file by a district administrator in order to be imported into a class. Once added to the class, educators will be able to view and manage the students data.
Transfers Within Districts (Rostered): Rostered schools will need to transfer students using their rostering system (such as Clever, Classlink, or their rostering files such as OneRoster) to their rostered class. Staff can also add students who have existing accounts by using staff-managed classes.
Progress from Homeschool accounts cannot be transferred. Educators in the new district can assign objectives as assignments to manage which objectives the student plays.
