Inter District Transfers: While student accounts cannot be transferred between districts, students can request a Student Detail Report with their historical data to take to their new school/district. Educators at the new district have the ability to assign objectives as assignments to manage which objectives the student plays.
Intra District Transfers (Non-Rostered): Educators can add students to their existing class by importing the students account. Once added to the class educators will be able to view and manage the students data.
Intra District Transfer (Rostered): Rostered schools will need to transfer students using their rostering system (such as Clever, Classlink, or their rostering files such as OneRoster, 6File) to their rostered class. Staff can also add students who have existing accounts by using staff managed classes.
