For districts using CSR (console student rostering), all admin and teacher accounts will be added manually. Administrators can manually create and manage staff accounts from the school or district settings page under the Staff tab.
- District Settings tab: create district administrator accounts (super admin access allows users to create other district admin users as well as school admin and teacher accounts)
- School Settings tab: create school administrator accounts and teacher accounts (school super admin users can other school admin and teacher accounts, school admin users can create teacher accounts)
To view a list of all access levels visit: What are the different access levels for staff accounts?
Please Note: The teacher role is not available under the district Staff tab. To add teachers, a district admin user should click on the school name, then the Staff tab. Do not add teachers as district administrators as they will not be able to create a class for themselves with that role.
To create new accounts or to add teachers with existing accounts to an additional school, click the Add button on the location to access and select the desired Role. You may type or paste one or more emails and click the Add button underneath to send them an email invitation. Once done, click Close. Current users and active invites are listed by access level.
Accounts created manually will access ST Math at play.stmath.com. Accounts with access to more than one site will select the site they wish to access when first signing in and can switch between sites as needed.
Users will need to click on the Access ST Math link in the email they receive to activate and create their ST Math password. If the user had a previous ST Math account, they will need to click on the link and use the Forgot Password feature from that link in order to activate their account.
