In addition to SSOs (Single Sign Ons) like Clever and ClassLink, ST Math can be set up to allow students to SSO into their accounts while having those accounts created through csv file uploads with either ST Math's 6 file templates or OneRoster csv files with a SAML set up. SAML is one way to implement SSO. SSO allows a user to log in once and access multiple services and apps.
Because there are multiple ways this can be implemented, the Regional Implementation Manager will work with a District's database administrator/rostering contact to identify the files they will be uploading (6 file or OneRoster) and the SAML provider (Google, Azure, AD-FS, Schoology). Once this is established, directions for setup on the district end will be shared which includes Often it takes several weeks to gather all of the information for setup and to test files once submitted. Once the process is complete, students will sign into ST Math through their district's designated sso link and will be taken directly to their ST Math account once they select the ST Math icon within the SSO as set up by the district.
Please contact your Regional Implementation Manager for more information about SAML and if it will work for your district.
