To ensure a smooth transition to the new school year, administrators can enter their first day of school by clicking on Add under the district settings:
Those schools who have not yet entered their first day of school will see a banner at the top of their administrator account:
For non-rostered schools, the Monday before your school start date will be your Curriculum Rollover. On that date, old classes will be archived, and the new school year curriculum will be available. Students will continue playing in the previous school year until they are added to the new school year class. If the first day of school is a Monday, Curriculum Rollover will be the same day. (How can I tell if my school is rostered and what does that mean?)
For rostered schools, school will start 2 business days after we are notified that the new school year data is ready. To notify us, sign in to ST Math as a district admin and under 'Settings', click 'Notify Us'.
You can also enter your summer school dates. This won't create a new term, but it will help us make sure we correctly process your summer school data.
