Yes. You can change Journey access by class or by individual students.
Journey Access allows you to choose:
- Turned on - the default value. Students are able to play their grade level Journey or Assignments if they have them.
- Turned off when assignments are available - if students have Assignments, they will not be able to play the Journey. When they finish all of their assigned Objectives (either class assignments or individual assignments), students will be able to play their Journey.
- Turned off - students will not be able to access their Journey.
- Set Per Student - Used to update the class list of students individually (Available at the class level)
Updating an Entire Class
Go to the class list page > Setting tab > Curriculum section
Click on the Journey Access dropdown, and select from the dropdown list: Set Per Student, Turned On, Turned off when assignments available, or Off.
If using Select Per Student, click on the Edit button at the end of the dropdown to view the list of students to update journey access individually.
Updating Individual Student Accounts

What does the student see if their Journey is turned off completely?
