For those schools who have purchased ST Math's AST (Assessment Support Tool), auto-assignments will become available few days after receiving students' scores. By default, we use the beginning of year (BoY) scores unless a district requests that we use a different score. Districts can only use the results of one test per year. To change the test used for your district, reach out to support@mindresearch.org.
Scores become available as they are sent over in batches - not all students will receive Auto-Assignments at the same time.
Only students in grades 2-8 who score at least two grades below their respective grade level's cut scores will receive Auto-Assignments.
