ST Math Launch is Back: Start the Year Strong!

JiJi-icon-org.png Two Weeks Before ST Math Launch:

Ensure all student and teacher accounts have been created.

Login to your ST Math Administrator Account:

  • Head to the Settings Page > Staff tab to view Staff Accounts.
  • Head to the Usage Page to view Classes and Students.
  • Take a look at these help pages if you need any extra guidance!

 

Encourage your team to set clear and thoughtful goals!

  • We’ve updated ST Math for students and teachers this school year! Play the New Experience video in English or play it in Spanish for your students to introduce them to the new experience!
     
  • After your students explore the new Guided Intro and immerse themselves in ST Math, celebrate their progress with an island-themed JiJi coloring page in English or Spanish!
     
  • Sprinkle a little island theme in your classroom with this island JiJi poster in English or Spanish!
     
  • The Teacher Dashboard has also been enhanced; check it out, and be sure to get familiar with all other 2025-26 enhancements.

Prepare to celebrate your Launch in a fun way!

  Post the “JiJi is Ready for Blast Off!” poster around your school and in classrooms. Make sure to fill in the fillable text personalized to your school and start date.
  If you're planning a larger celebration where you invite your school community, update this flyer invitation with details specific to your school's launch event and send it home with students!
  If you need some music and a dancing penguin to get the party started, play this student hype video for your students!
  Encourage students to dress like a penguin, make penguin hats, read penguin themed books, or try one of our other fun activities.

 

While Setting up Your Classroom…

Set the stage with a whole group mini-lesson using ST Math!

Teachers can use enhanced ST Math Puzzle Talks to show students the program in a whole group setting before transitioning students to individual gameplay.

  

Prepare to navigate and 
problem-solve!

Help students play and guide their experience with helpful icons and routines resources.

Use the Problem Solving Process resources to help them think through puzzles.

Prepare to celebrate successes!
