Because the new version of ST Math doesn't require an app when used on iPads, you may want to create a shortcut so that students can access more quickly.
Here's how to do that:
1. Launch "Safari" (the supported browser for iPads)
2. Enter into the address field the URL play.stmath.com Tap "Go."
3. Tap the icon at the top of the browser window featuring an arrow coming out of a box 
.
4. Tap "Add to Home Screen." The Add to Home dialog box will appear, with the icon that will be used for this website on the left side of the dialog box.
5. Enter the name "ST Math" for the shortcut using the on-screen keyboard and tap "Add."
