The answer depends on which way your student signs in to ST Math.
Signs in through a district web page? If students don't have a Picture or a Text Password, that means that the district or school is using a service to handle student access to programs like ST Math (for example, Clever or ClassLink).
Questions about signing in to ST Math through those programs is taken care of by the school or district and you'll need to contact them.
Picture Password? If students use a Picture Password, they access the program at play.stmath.com. If they have forgotten their password, you'll need to get in touch with their teacher. The teacher can view a student’s picture password from the Student page in the educator experience by choosing “View Picture Password” from either the key icon or the student settings.
Text Password? If students use a Text Password, they access the program at play.stmath.com. If they have forgotten their username or password, you'll need to get in touch with their teacher.
If students are in our homeschool program, you can view and/or print your student's picture password by signing in to your account, going to the Student page (click on the student's name), and choosing the Settings tab. Clicking on View Picture Password will show you the picture password.
