Students and staff will have uninterrupted access to ST Math all summer long. Students will continue to play the current school year's Journey and incomplete Assignments. Staff will continue to see student data.
All school and district administrators will see a banner in ST Math prompting them to enter summer and new school year start dates. The banner will go away after any admin enters the dates for their school/district. School and district admins can view and edit the dates from the Settings tab. We use the dates to make sure move your district into the new school year at the right time.
If you don't give us dates, any admin can use the Notify Us banner, or reach out to support to let us know when you have new student data so we can start the rollover process. This usually takes one to two days.
After the Curriculum Rollover Occurs:
Teachers:
- Teachers will see data for the new school year.
- Data from the previous school year will be available under the school year term dropdown menu.
Students:
- Students are playing in the new school year.
- Students will begin earning minutes and puzzles for the new school year.
