Please follow the instructions below to upload your files when using ST Math rostering. All required files with all active data must be included in each upload. Any data removed from the files will be removed from ST Math.
File names - file names must match those listed below exactly in order to be processed. ALL names are case sensitive.
OneRoster: OneRoster files must be zipped into a zip file named OneRoster.zip
You can test the conformance of your OneRoster.zip at this CSV ZIP file validation link.
Navigate to sftp.stmath.com and login with your SFTP username and password received via email.
Change Temporary Password:
Click Setup located at the top left of the screen. Update your password by clicking Change. Be sure to save your changes.
Uploading Roster Files:
1. Click Files located at the top left of the screen.
2. Click to open Home folder.
3. Click to Upload on the top right of the screen.
4. Choose Home Folder.
Once files have been populated, click Upload.
Note: File names must follow naming conventions in order to be processed. Names are case sensitive and can contain no additional information.
Please email your Regional Implementation Manager to confirm the first and second file uploads so that we can test and process your data.
Once automation is set, no notification is necessary if roster processing is automated. After automation is set, any questions/concerns should be directed to ST Math Support at email@example.com or 888-491-6603 PT from 5 am - 5 pm.
