Please follow the instructions below to upload your files when using ST Math rostering. All required files with all active data must be included in each upload. Any data removed from the files will be removed from ST Math.
File names - file names must match those listed below exactly in order to be processed. ALL names are case sensitive.

OneRoster: OneRoster files must be zipped into a zip file named OneRoster.zip to be processed

Upload Instructions:
1. Navigate to sftp.stmath.com and login with your SFTP username and password. |

You will be taken to the main screen of your folder. |

2. Click “Files” on the top menu bar 3. Click “home” under your sftp folder (folder toggled open). 4. Click “Upload” to begin the upload process. |

5. Check to see that the folder in the upload window says “sftpuser#/home”. If it doesn’t, click “cancel”, then click on the home folder and begin the process again. 6. If the folder does say “home”, drag and drop your files/folder to the box. (You can also select "Choose File" and navigate to the file location on your computer to upload.) 7. Click “Upload”. |

8. Confirm the folder is correct and your correct file is uploaded. If correct, click “Upload”. |

9. The window will indicate that the file upload is in progress. |

10. Once the file has uploaded successfully, you will receive a Congratulations message! |

11. You should see the file listed in the home folder either by clicking on the home folder itself or by toggling the home folder on the left side of the screen |

12. Once uploaded, log out of your account. Files will be processed on the next automated sync or if automation is not turned on, let ST Math Support know by emailing at support@mindresearch.org. |
Please email your Regional Implementation Manager to confirm the first and second file uploads when you first begin uploading files to an sftp folder so that we can test and process your data.
Once automation is set, no notification is necessary if roster processing is automated. After automation is set, any questions/concerns should be directed to ST Math Support at support@mindresearch.org or 888-491-6603 PT from 5 am - 5 pm.
